Shipping Policy

At Hamper2u, we are committed to delivering your thoughtful gifts with care and efficiency. Please read the following information regarding our shipping and delivery process.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within Peninsular Malaysia only. Delivery to Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan and international destinations is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate delivery: RM15

  • Free delivery for hamper cost RM100 and above.


3. Delivery Methods

We partner with GD Express Sdn Bhd (GDEX) for nationwide deliveries.

  • Standard Delivery:
    Estimated to arrive within 2 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.

  • In-store Pick-up / Next-day Delivery:
    Kindly contact our customer service team for availability and arrangement.


4. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within the estimated 2 to 7 working days, including during festive seasons. We recommend placing orders early during peak periods.


5. Delivery Days

  • No delivery on weekends or public holidays.
    Deliveries are made only on regular working days (Monday to Friday).


6. Tracking & Notifications

  • Out of Klang Valley: Tracking numbers will be emailed once your parcel is picked up by GDEX.

  • Within Klang Valley: Delivery status updates will be emailed after the delivery is completed.

Please note that real-time tracking is currently not available.


7. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team. Common issues include:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Damaged hampers (please provide a photo as proof)

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery time

We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.


8. Festive Season Policy

  • All festive hampers are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • To arrange pre-orders or select a future delivery date, please reach out to our customer service team.


9. Corporate & Bulk Orders

For large orders, corporate gifting, and personalization, please contact us in advance. We can assist with:

  • Bulk delivery arrangements

  • Name list/address coordination

  • Personalized message cards


10. Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns unless the hamper arrives damaged during delivery.
Please contact us with photo proof of the damage for evaluation. All refunds or replacements are subject to our Terms & Conditions.


11. Custom Notes & Delivery Instructions

Customers can include gift messages or delivery instructions during checkout.
For specific delivery date requests, please contact our customer service directly.
